CIC² 2026: Workshop on Computational Intelligence in Cluster, Cloud, and Internet Computing

Date: May 18–21, 2026

Location: Sydney, Australia

The CIC² 2026 workshop focuses on advancing Computational Intelligence (CI) techniques, such as evolutionary computation, neural networks, deep learning, fuzzy systems, and hybrid AI, for large-scale and dynamic distributed environments including cluster, cloud, edge, and Internet computing systems. The workshop provides a dedicated forum to explore intelligent resource management, energy-aware optimization, security, and resilient architectures that enhance efficiency and sustainability across distributed infrastructures.

Topics of Interest include:
- CI for scalable resource management in cluster and cloud systems
- AI-driven orchestration and automation in distributed computing
- CI-driven scheduling, load balancing, and fault tolerance
- Intelligent security, trust, and privacy in distributed environments
- Energy efficiency and sustainability in cloud and data centers
- Federated learning and edge/fog computing with CI
- CI-enabled smart applications (cities, healthcare, transport, environment)
- Evolutionary computation and metaheuristics for large-scale optimization
- Hybrid CI models integrating HPC and distributed systems
- Benchmarking and performance evaluation in distributed computing
